Althaea skincare is founded on the simple belief that the purest botanicals, skillfully combined, can nourish, heal, protect, and beautify the skin -- all while providing an exquisite aromatherapy experience.

Our products are formulated by Laura Josephson, CCH a board-certified homeopath in practice over 34 years in New York State and worldwide. She is author of, "A Homeopathic Handbook of Natural Remedies," (Random House 2002), founder of Althaea Health, Nyack Homeopathy, an herbalist, teacher, and mentor to aspiring homeopaths.

Each Althaea formula is created from organic, wildcrafted, and sustainably sourced ingredients selected from around the world — a synergy of botanical extracts, essential oils, and homeopathy created to meet your skincare needs at the highest standard of quality.

We are committed to packaging all our skincare in glass, ensuring the healthiest preservation and integrity of every product that touches your skin. 

Natural creams and oils may vary slightly in color due to the seasonal changes that can impact botanicals. Such variations do not affect their quality and are a natural part of the process.
